In October of 1997 we were commissioned to draw up a project for a one-family house in the municipality of Santa Margarita, in the Northeast of the island of Majorca.
The building plot is situated on the top of a hill, next to the church, on the edge of the village of Santa Margarita, with excellent views of the Majorcan ‘pla’ or flatland, and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop.
